Brand Exploration for a Shimmer Chef, a unique Skincare Company

The Brief: Shimmer Chef is a skincare brand for hair, scalp and spirit. Founded by the Sanford sisters, their products combine traditional Mexican recipes with modern Neuroscience. Shimmer Chef uses a unique process of food fermentation to create their products, and they wanted their new brand to emphasize the use of raw, natural materials, as well as the founders Mexican Roots.

The Process: As I was working with a team on this project, we each did some individual exploration on possible directions for the brand, and took a few elements from each to form the final brand.
